DIY Photobooth Backdrop

I’ve been keeping my self entertained by makes some new backdrops for photobooth. So though I’d share with you how it’s made… a bit of a tutorial if you will…..

So you’ll need:

  • A flat bed sheet(Mines a queens size)
  • A selection of coloured cotton fabric
  • Cutting mat
  • Rotatory cutting
  • Sewing machine
  • Scissors
  • Some time

Step 1.
Cut a bajillion triangles from the fabric you’ve chosen (mine are 11cm high and I needed 1200-ish for a queen-size sheet)

Step 2.
Arrange a couple and figure our if you want something random or if you want a patteren

Step 3.
Sew on the triangles in lines starting at the bottom, trying to sew across the top of them. Backstitching at the beggining and end of each line.

Step 4.

The whole process was done over couple of day while watching The Renovators…. 🙂
